Should have just made it an 80-90 minute film and been done with it.

He and Kristin Schall had great chemistry, but once they added the extra characters the quality fell off a cliff. I liked the Sudeikis arc, but after that it became almost unwatchable.

I guess it doesn't really count because its a movie but the opening series to Battlestar Galactica is pretty fantastic

Ummm there is only one answer to this question.



The OC was an instant phenomenon because of the incredible pilot.

I also think Modern Family's pilot was incredible in that in 20 minutes they instantly created a world with fully-developed, fleshed-out characters. I caught it the other day, and it's incredibly well-done.
