Falling Down. It was a cliche "cop one week from retirement" but Duvall vs Douglas made for a great movie.

an all timer for me, whatever color filtering they used made you feel beat down by Los Angeles by the end. I'd throw in Rush as well if it hasn't been mentioned. Narcs gettin hooked in the process of narcing.
