Have they said if they have a plan on how many seasons there will be

Think as many as CW will allow them. They haven't even been green lit for the 3rd one yet. But I'm sure that's coming. I think it's their highest rated show right now

They technically already showed him getting off the island

Just wanted to drop in the thread and say I just binge watched the first season and a half over the last few days.
While I think the story writing is pretty good, the dialogue is pretty bad. It's been better in season 2 than it was season 1.
I do love Felicity, the actress and the character. And I love her double entendres.

Figured I'd move this topic back to page 1 since we get a new episode tonight. Looks like we'll get some Clock King action tonight.

Today sucks. A new Arrow is just the medicine I need.

Here is the preview of the upcoming episode "Time of Death":
First thing that popped into my mind when I read this was, why did Oliver and Sarah think it was a good idea to show up at the family dinner together. They already knew that Laurel was in a downward spiral. Like showing up together isn't going to make that worse.

Oliver brings Sara into the Arrow team. Watching Oliver and Diggle spar with Sara and talk old scars, Felicity starts to feel left out. The team is investigating a villain named William Tockman, a.k.a. The Clock King, who is a brilliant thief armed with technology that can open any bank vault in Starling City. After The Clock King infiltrates the computer systems in the lair, Felicity feels pressure to prove her worth. When she gets a lead on Tockman's whereabouts, she heads out without the team, putting her in peril. Meanwhile, Oliver throws Sara a welcome home party, but Laurel refuses to attend. After Lance makes his case for a family dinner, Laurel acquiesces, but when Oliver shows up with Sara, she loses her temper on both of them.

Well she continued to bone his best friend

Yeah, but she was boning him when she thought Oliver was dead. Then Oliver practically pushed the two of them back together. Not to mention the fact that as soon as Tommy and Laural broke up, Oliver wasted no time to go back and bone her for old times sake, even though he just got through trying to talk Tommy into going back to Laurel.
In this case the last memory Laurel had of Sarah was her sailing off with her boyfriend. When she finally discovers that Sarah is alive, she basically accuses Sarah of being the cause of everything (while she is in the middle of a downward life spiral). Regardless if Sarah and Oliver are in the right (under normal circumstances I would say they probably were), they still should be sensitive to Laural's current state of mind (and not throw the fact that they are picking up right where they left off when they ran away together in Laural's face). JMHO.

Some people were pissed at the way Laurel responded when she saw Sarah. But her reaction was completely warranted based on what you said.
It's easy to for her to forgive Sarah when she's just an idea and not a person she'll ever have to face again. So to not only reconcile with the feelings of anger that returned when she saw her, she also has to deal with what to think about being the last person to find out she's still alive.
It's like they're trying to drive her insane, and some people think it's her fault.

What time does it air? I've binge watched up to this point and haven't seen an episode on it's original air date yet

Not everywhere. I would advise to check your local listings. When I lived in NOLA and now in STL, it comes on at 8c.
I think it's up the individual CW affiliates.

Yeah...Laurel has had a rough year.
She hasn't been able to deal with the guilt of Tommy's death, which drove her to drinking and popping pills, which caused her to get canned and possibly disbarred. Now her supposedly dead sister appears, after she had been communicating with Oliver and her dad for a while now. The same sister that ran off with the boyfriend she was about to move in with. And as far as she knows, she didn't let them know she was alive was because based on prior behavior, she is a shelfish bratty whore. I can see where that would cause Laurel some grief.
That is why I still believe this will push her off the edge and she'll join up with either Merlyn or the League by the end of the season or the beginning of the next season.
