Didn't see a thread on it but SIAP.
It's based on the Dan Brown novel and the protagonist is Robert Langdon (not Tom Hanks, obviously). His love interest looks eerily like Jen Psaki.
I've never read any of the books but I did love Da Vinci Code. Writing isn't great, and they went to great lengths to insert social/political commentary, but otherwise it's pretty entertaining.
If you're into mysteries, symbols, etc. you should check it out.

Yep. I'm watching it. I read the book a long time ago and they're doing a pretty good job staying close to the source material.

I noticed a few things but nothing that really turned me off to the show. I guess we're just hypersensitive to things these days but there are a few characters or lines that you can tell are intentional. Can't think of any off the top of my head. Would still recommend the show for sure.

Thanks. I am not super sensitive, but sometimes I just find it hard to watch stuff that just pushes agenda instead of entertain me.

Same here. It's pretty corny but still a good show.
I laughed out loud when the Capital Police Officer's wife visited him in the hospital and she asked who did it
"Was it an insurrectionist?!"
Nobody talks like that

Watched the first two episodes last night and it was not bad. The tattooed guy is a bit over the top, but all-in-all not the worse series I have seen. Want bad go watch that Walker Texas Ranger CW redo, uhhhggg.... I will continue to watch it...
