I like his movies for the most part but hate the pointless, rambling dialogue that the characters engage in. It was cool in reservoir dogs and pulp fiction, but after that it got old and he keeps doing it

Now to some degree I can agree...the scene in Kill Bill 2 about Superman..I was like..someone kill me now!

The Superman speech was good and actually had a point. The half hour snoozefest of girls talking in the middle of Death Proof was awful though.

I didn't mind this one so much because their was a point to that story.
However the 20 minutes of rambling in the bar in Inglorious Basterds was mind numbing, great scene that contained 16 more minutes that it didn't really need at all. When any director in Hollywood does this, it's stupid. When Tarantino does it, it's genius all of a sudden.
