My wife is a twin, and her mother is severely bipolar. So, she's really into it and it's in my best interest to watch.

There was a thread on it I opined in but I’ll do it again. I watched the first three episodes and like pimp said it is very depressing and grueling at times especially the Kathryn Hahn related segments. What keeps me interested is the way mental health is conducted in our country.
