Glad you are enjoying it. Hope they continue to meet your expectations.
They irrevocably broke lore in the season finale, so I'll wait for someone that at least likes the subject material to make a show.

The books are fine and don't need a live action version, if this is the product.

I said I wasn't going to watch S2 but curiosity got the best of me so I watched the 1st episode. I can easily stop now. I'd have to disagree with you on most of your points (at least for EP 1).
Dialog was still bad and still felt cheesy. Egwene's acting is so bad it's hard to enjoy her character at all. Nynaeve is a pretty good actress but her character is so bland. Can't really speak to if the stakes feel higher but they didn't in the 1st episode.
I don't say this to sound mean but for me, the actress who play's Liandin is so weird looking I have a hard time liking any scene she is in. That's not really a fair complaint for the show because I'm sure it doesn't bother others, but I can't really enjoy any scene she is on.
Maybe EP 2 and 3 get better but I'm out. The ending to S1 was so bad and this just didn't give me any reason to think they could bounce back.

Ok, I'm a glutton for punishment and have watched the new season so far. These characters are completely unrecognizable. We haven't seen Galad yet or Gawyn. But, they're both supposed to be really great looking dudes. Galad to the point where even Aes Sedai swoon over him. And... they're both supposed to be smitten with that pig-nosed Egwene?
Still, imo, Lan is the most unrecognizable. TV Lan is awful damn chatty and spreading his business to anyone who'll listen. In fact, all the warders seem to be caught up in their feels. What kinda bullshite is this?

Yeah, and if you want to kill yourself, blowing the back of your head out with a shotgun is an order of magnitude better than cutting your own penis off and bleeding out, but it's still fricking horrible.
