I think you are thinking of the Candidate. The Last Recruit is supposed to be the worst one of the year, while the Candidate is only supposed to be the second best episode of the season and it is supposed to be Jack centric. The thing about Jack episodes is they are either very good or very mediocre.

Probably a 2 hour recap of the whole series. There is no way you can explain LOST in 1 hour, and it is still very difficult to do so in 2.

They just explained the facts not the themes, which is half of explaining Lost.

What They Died for is listed as Episode 16 of Season 6... Not a recap... recaps arent really listed as episodes.
