These soft-arse white collar criminals are sure quick to turn on each other for a plea. I like how the lawyer mentioned if this would have been organized crime, Singer would have been made out within 30 seconds of trying to blackmail them.

I can’t get into the half documentary/half movie fad thats been getting more popular the last few years. Completely takes me out of the story every time

Same man. Although I did highly enjoy the newer pirate one on Netflix. It was a beautiful disaster

The allegedly hard-arse street and gangster types roll over on each other just as quickly.

Pretty mind blowing to me Singer got zero time for his cooperation.

Same here.

We could only watch about half of it before we turned it off.

I sort of felt bad for the Stanford sailing coach. He seemed pretty naive as to what was really going on with all the “donations.” I don’t remember if he ever actually signed a phone athlete though?

Even if he did, if it’s accurate that he didn’t personally profit at all from the money from singer and it all went to the sailing program, it’s absolute bullshite that he is now a convicted felon for it.

Assuming everything in the documentary is true, the whole “scandal” is bullshite anyway, but the Stanford sailing coach is by far the most egregious.
