Rutger Hauer was an amazing "bad guy" in the movies but his role in "Ladyhawk" as Etienne of Navarre was a fantastic and tragic hero.

Was the swashbuckler Athos in the 90s man. It doesn’t get anymore “good” than that.

The first thing I remembered Scott Glenn for was Urban Cowboy. Was strange seeing him being a sympathetic character carrying an enema bag in The Right Stuff.

The first thing I remembered Ray Liotta for was Something Wild, where he plays a homicidal maniac. It was weird seeing him as a nice guy, Joe Jackson, in Field of Dreams.

Yeah, but Lithgosw absolutely killed the role of Winston Churchill in The Crown, even though he's a foot taller than Churchill was.
