I read a good theory on the 90 Day Fiance subreddit that Aladdin is playing the long con to get to either Canada or the US since Laura has dual citizenship.

Tiffany and Ronald go apartment shopping and worry about safety.
Paul hides out in a dog house... sort of.

Paul went to college and studied Spanish but didn't study too hard. Also, he retreated to a poorly constructed outhouse to calm down.
