I'm not sure if I would use the word infallible when describing Revenge but it is an addictive show. I can understand why people watch even though we could rip the show's writing apart with little effort.
Oh I know, I was exaggerating..just a little
There aren't too many people that like over analyzing and pointing out plot holes in tv shows and movies more than me. I am just a big fan of the show. What the show lacks in accuracy of detail, it makes up with big boom moments. Moments of surprise and catchy detail. That's what keeps me intrigued each week.

I understand the point you're making but no DA worth their salt would ever attribute testimony that sheds doubt on the guilt of the defendant. By saying Charlotte saw another person on the beach it provides the jury something to think about.
It was reported in the media, so the DA knows the jurors are aware of the statements. She used Declan to offset those media reports, otherwise there was no reason for him to testify. A DA worth her salt realizes that although the jurors are supposed to only consider what is presented in the trial, the jurors are human and will also consider other sources.

finally the show is getting back on the track it was on inthe beginning. Remember when every episode had Emily taking down someone involved in framing her dad? every episode had someone getting destroyed. she set that poor bastard up for the murder knowing he would either rat out the graysons or die before he had the chance.
and now that she knows they murdered her dad....wow, this should get REALLY good !

No she doesn't. She has no idea what those jurors are aware of. There is no way in the world a trained DA would have worded a question in that manner. One things for certain, after she said what she said every juror now had something else to consider in order to find reasonable doubt.

So we have 3 episodes left now. And next week looks like a flashback type of episode and now she says she's going to marry him? Yeah, I hope this isn't the case but it's going to take more than 3 episodes to bring Emily's revenge to fruition. Me thinks a lot of time is going to have to fly by in between these final 3 episodes.
It was a good episode last night and Daniel really is one of the Grayson's now. I doubt he falls but Emily really is not going to stick with him much longer after her revenge is carried out. I think charlotte is about to go postal or something. Just a hunch. I wonder what role the big white hair guy is going to play in the final 3 episodes. It will be interesting.

This is a weird episode. A flashback episode with flashbacks.

I like watching this flashback episode. How much older is Emily supposed to be than Daniel?

I've only watched the recap episode and this one.

I don't know, but there's definitely a 4 or 5 year gap there. Looks like they were making her about 8 when her dad was framed, 18 when he died, and 28 now. Didn't Daniel just get out of college? So he was probably on the six year plan since he was allegedly a screw up, so he's probably 24ish.
eta: I hope like hell the finale is two hours. So much to wrap up in these last two episodes. Can't wait to see who she's choking to death.
