A super long field goal adds a lot of stress on the whole operation. Snap has to be faster, inexperienced holder has to rush to get the ball down so it doesn't get blocked. Settling for a long field goal knowing you have a rube in their as a holder is dumb

If you are not making 50-55 yard fgs consistently in the NFL.
You need a new kicker and special teams coach, everyone else.
