But it's certainly not the best in the country.

Where did I say this?

There's more to stadiums (especially baseball stadiums) than polished glass and fancy scoreboards

Enlighten me. What more goes into a great stadium other than having the latest and greatest technology, comfy + spacious seating, and convenient amenities for fans? I couldn't careless about the tradition of a building or what has occurred in it in the past when I am talking about the quality of the actual stadium.

The HR thing is a little odd, but at the same time it reminds me of the old Florida roadside attractions.

The Rose Bowl is still the greatest college football venue ever built, and it doesn't even have bathrooms inside the stadium.

The Rose Bowl is an old shithole. It's been a shithole for the past 30-40 years too. Just because something has a lot of history and tradition doesn't mean it's a great stadium. A toilet that Tom Cruise has shite in is still a damn toilet.

What the hell was wrong with Joe Robbie Stadium?

You mean outside the fact that it was out at the turnpike in the middle of nowhere away from everything, and that it is a football stadium with no roof (no protection from South Florida heat, and daily South Florida torrential rainstorms)? Nothing. Nothing at all.
