Good(?) to see nothing in that mess of a conference has changed.

Yes, see Rule 12-3

Thanks.

I expect when the conference reviews the call, they'll cite that rule and explain that forward progress was clearly stopped.

trouble is the espn replay they showed during the game with sound, the whistle was clearly after UT player had lost the ball, and the ref said the ruling on the field was the UT player was ruled down by contact prior to losing the ball.

If you ask me the greatest shame in all of this is college football is the one sport that can fix these awful game changing calls. If I was an AP voter I would simply vote as if Iowa St had won this game. Same goes for Arizona St-Wisconsin.

Just a laughable game. I would call that game typical.

Is anyone more shocked about Mack Brown trying to justify the cheap shot than the blown fumble call?

Not really. He has always been known as a snake oil salesman.

Again, why is this on the SEC board? Oh, because the Aggs want us to see how upset they are about a non-SEC team getting hosed by a non-SEC team that is not even their rival anymore.

Time to move on Aggs. You are in the big leagues now. Let it go.

He got straight arse cheated. That was criminal. Reminded me of acc refs looking out for clemson.

Conf referees are a plague in college football.

Not upset Bob, just tired of the endless threads about Texas. You guys really need to forget about them, other than recruiting, and move on.

I know the Aggs don't have a true rival here yet. You know, LSU & Arky don't really have real SEC rivals either - pick one of them.

Bham:

Have you not noticed that almost every thread that is started about UTex &/or the B12 is created by a non-Ag?

Go look.
