Because i'm jealous. It was 5 months ago we were sharing a room in Kinder Louisiana, trying to grind out 1k's. Now he's flying to London for a 10k then vacationing in Cypress. He's an a-hole.

I know that ESPN picks which hands to show from which table, but Darvin Moon seems to always catch the card he needs. Was he this lucky last year. I know you need luck, but he seems to get way more than anybody else.

He finished 2nd so yes, he was even luckier last year. The greatest players in the world have to run better in that tournament than they have or will ever run in their life for a week straight to make it to the end.

And look at what Cada did at the final table. Hitting 2 outers like he was a 75% favorite to win the hand. You need luck just as much as you need the skill (maybe even moreso).

He did get ridiculously lucky at the FT but you have to. That tournament is such a grind.
He actually didn't play bad till he got to HU. He got put into some shity situations with shoves and shite out on the reg, but his plays were mostly correct.
HU he got fricking owned and played awful. The last hand with 99 might have been the worst play of the tournament by both players. Cada's shove was moronic, only to be followed by a call that was even worse.

Oh ok. Thought he said he was going to London then Cyprus but I guess he wasn't sayin the order. I didn't even know they had poker tournaments in Cyprus. I assumed he was just taking a vacation while there for the Main Event Europe.

I don't know what his sponsorship deals are exactly but I can't imagine him buying himself into a 25 k with only 400 k guaranteed for himself from the ME. I'm guessing hes backed into these now from either tilt to which again I say... frick you Dolan.
