High strike not being called. No reason to swing at it up there. Smoltz even mentioned that benefits the pitchers.

I guess. You have to score sometime though and the Indians keep gagging. I am not sure why they pulled Tomlin either he was cruising. Use Miller to get one out or is he going to hit? Just a poor decision to use Miller now
