Sorry to get this off track.

All of those are legit reasons. I don't think they account for the majority. Yes, I've seen some statistics. I guess to me they are just numbers until you see it in real life.

Back on topic...

I agree, I kinda want to go spend a day or two in Fargo now. I have a few friends from there; good people.

And they had some great signs. "Lou Holz picks the BITHONS" and the "Ya, you betcha" signs were good.

They need to go to Pullman for the UW game next time they play there.

Both teams seem to be getting better. They were both good back in the 90's

I did. It would be easier for you to just tell me what problem you had. It might not be the best thread for it, but it's an observation I've had every time they show an athlete's mom in the stands or in a story like that.

Is it the absolute terms that are the issue? Perhaps "never" was too much hyperbole? I'm honestly missing it. I meant no offense. It's more of a concern I share than a slight of any kind.

Eta: nice edit. I think the statistics would agree with me, but this is a dumb discussion for gameday and the rant.

Ok, Yes a higher percentage of black people are raised by a single parent, and most likely by the mother, but it was the absolute terms that got me.

Plus, just found it odd to bring up in detail on this thread. I know...Fargo and "I'm white" prompted it, but still...anyway...I see you meant no harm by it now.
