I actually like Miller. I think he'd be good to have coming off the bench.

the wizards have a ton of guards now, they may be trying to make a few more moves

foye is a 2.

this was a raping for washington. that number 5 pick doesn't have that much value this year. the wizards have a deep squad and they now can afford to deal someone like nick young. i cant believe minnesota gave up foye.

Maybe they are making a move for Thabeet.

If I were the Wolves I would try to get Thabeet and add him to a rotation of Love and Jefferson. That would be sick. They could still draft a some guards with other picks. Thabeet is the guy I would want at the top of the draft.

One of those would have to be a bench player because none can play the 3.

Yeah, they need a point guard pretty badly. At 5 they can probably get Brandon Jennings or Jonny Flynn.

They have 2 consecutive picks now. Then maybe they can get Harden if he's available. Build up that backcourt to go with their already good frontline.

They've said they don't plan on moving up but that could be misdirection

I know but having 3 bigs like that to rotate in gives you a huge advantage.

I know Ruio is there, but there are a lot of PG in the first round. Maybe he is far superior, but a 7-3 athletic center is more rare.

I agree.

But Jefferson's definately not coming off the bench. Love averaged about a double-double when they made him the starter, and i dont think Minn. is in the position to draft Thabeet for bench depth

Why did they get rid of Foye in the deal. I don't understand why they trade him to just sit with the pick and draft another player at his position. They have to plan on moving up and doing something else. It has to be Rubio, but I personally would try to get Thabeet and collect big men.

i like this trade for us. get rid of deadweight and add depth at the guard position and get a threat from outside in miller who can come in and start at the two.the size the wiz have will work well with flips zone schemes. but yeah there might be a trade in the works to move young or stevenson foye can be a legit back up. solid trade in a weak draft. wiz stay healthy and they will be very dangerous.

They may just not like him. He's a 6-4 tweener who shot .407 from the field last season.
