Yeah that ain't happening.

He's at his alma mater, has B2B titles w/a great chance at a 3-peat, is on top of the CFB world, and can make more money as a college HC then as an NFL HC.

The only thing that can stop Kirby is burnout.

it's ego. He 100% is going to do it at some point. There will be a high profile opening in the NFL and they will come sniffing around and he's going to jump, it's a certainty
