I respect the fact that he's going back for his degree. I wouldn't call it that big of a mistake like some of you.

His OC will be gone, Wilson is gone, and 3 or 4 of his Linemen will be gone.

Not a financially smart move, imo, but his choice to make.

I knew about the Wilson situation. But, I didn't know that most of Wisconsin's lineman will be out too. He'll definitely start off on the hesiman list. But i dont see him finishing.

He was projected as a 3rd rounder. I think when he comes back he'd probably be a fringe 1st rounder next year?

What's the reason that he's not higher anyway; guy can ball, no pun

I think he is making a good decision by staying considering he was "projected" to be a 3rd or 4th round pick and thats IF he does get drafted there. I know one thing though... He was money in both my fantasy leagues this year so hopefully I can get him again next year.

If he was rated as a 3rd round pick, it's impossible for this to be a "huge mistake".

How in the world is he going to go from a 3rd rounder to a 1st rounder? He is who he is, only he'll have more tread on his tires next year. There is no question this is a bad football move. Maybe he is making this for post-football reasons, though. Or just different personal ones. Either way, good luck to him.

I respect his loyality to stay but agree now is his time to go while his stocks are high.

Well he won't be contending with Richardson and LaMichael James in the 2013 draft so this might not be that bad of a move.
