Will the Browns ever have a QB that is anything more than mediocre?

Already on third starting QB, can't ever draft the correct one/pick up the correct on in FA.
They won't be getting the No. 1 pick.
Is it safe to say the Browns are the Matt Millen of selecting WRs (sans Calvin Johnson)?

You can't just say sans Calvin Johnson when he is the best WR in the league. The Lions flopped on 2 WRS, Rogers and Mike Williams, it happens.

Wasn't Derek Anderson a Pro Bowler in the 10-6 season?
Things are cyclical, but yeah, it seems like forever since a top-level QB played for Cleveland.

I'm starting to debate which is the least entertaining division in the NFL...AFC North of NFC West.
AFC North is full of pretty solid defenses, pretty rancid offenses and generally mediocre QBs (Flacco
, Dalton 
& now Campbell 
) Then you have the NFC West with two strong teams (Seattle and SF) and two god-awful teams in STL and Arizona.
