Yes and no. Watson his last year had a 67% completion percentage, while Jackson has a 60.4% completion percentage this year and was at 56% last year. QB's generally don't get more accurate in the NFL
completion % =/= accuracy

People that know anything about football don't speak in terms of what he will or won't do in the pros, especially at the QB position. Injuries, bad team, bad system could all derail a career. Speaking in such definitive terms is silly, but that's your schtick. I get it.
My prediction is 2nd round, middle of the pack starting QB. I don't particularly like running QBs, particularly when they are smaller in stature. Running in the NFL is a dangerous proposition.
Eagerly anticipating your response.

I think someone will take him mid to late first round but it has to be someone who can afford not to have to play him right away.

Well by the very definition, heisman trophy winners are outliers and plenty of them have gone out of the first round and a few went undrafted
But not outliers of the population in question.
The point is that the QBs that show out the most in college will be drafted high, sometime too high.

you can name a billion other dudes like him who didn't sniff the first round
A billion seems to be a bit of a reach. I’ll wait for you to name them.

And you failed spectacularly.

Another question would be whether you would draft him for "your" team, and if so, what round?
And we can redraft after the combine.
New Orleans?

While I don't disagree with your assessment of some of the posts in this thread, you really need a new term.
