Seems like something he might do while waiting for his pal KD. Is DeAndre Jordan still a force or is he now just ok like Boogie?

Man basketball has become such a soft game. Guys taking time off just because. The players even in the 90s played where you played hard ball all season long. Now all you hear is crying about needing rest.

I would be pissed if I was the owner of the team or a fan. Taking time off just because KD isn't ready is the stupid. If he does this, I wouldn't pay him for the games he just sits out for the hell of it.

If you're the Nets why not purposely tank and bring in another lottery piece when Durant comes back?

East is pretty soft especially if Kahwai leaves. Not a great precedent to put with your young guys who went to the playoffs last year. And they aren’t gonna pay the luxury tax for a 35 win team.

Now if Kyrie gets hurt too then that changes things

The Real Kyrie move would be to play his heart out next season and help the Nets exceed expectations. Then the next season, when everyone expects them to make the finals, Kyrie goes into injury-prevention mode.

Kyrie will use next season to pad his stats and alienate teammates and the coaching staff.

An athlete who purely relied on athleticism offensively and shot blocking ability defensively who has gotten older.

I'll let you decide.
