Do you know what a link is? Cause posting numbers doesn’t change anything.

What part of link didn’t you understand?

This is sad, but I’ll help you out..

USC 2018 Revenue

Minn 2018 Revenue

All that revenue with a mediocre football team, living mostly of the Big 10 TV contract. Just wait until they start raking it in after PJ Fleck owns the west.

There's no reason for him to leave. They absolutely can become a relative big 10 power. They play in the West division. His toughest annual competition for division titles is Wisconsin, Iowa, and Nebraska. Wisconsin and Iowa are perennial good not great. Nebraska might be dead.

I dunno let’s see when details of likeness etc can make money for players. May benefit the B1G the most since they make the most

They have the pieces to be a perennial contender in the Big 10 with the right coach.

which pieces?

No big10 west team has any 5 stars.
You can compete for big10 west with 3 stars.

You run into ohio state or penn state in the champ game.
Ohio st and penn st both can recruit 4 and 5 stars locally.

I’m not sure what your gif was reacting to? The Irish make sense because they are in the North/Midwest. I don’t think he would leave there for USC, which is not.

You know, the two teams I was reacting to.

What are you confused about?

Perhaps he will just go ahead and make the Minnesota job top 10 while he is there.

There aren't that many college programs with the potential to be good in major cities.

Didn’t he sign a new contract this week?

Nah. Can’t be sustained in the long term.

All the new “likeness” rules are going to do is consolidate power more in the name schools, with Oregon and Maryland maybe getting a bump.

He did, but after next year his buyout is manageable for any of the big time schools.

Those contracts are just for recruiting purposes. They don’t mean much unless the buyout is insane.

Yes if you are talking decades in the plural. Check the coaching tenures currently in CFB.

"Long term" is 10 years max. He can keep getting players from wherever he is getting them for that long.

Maybe, but if he can get a job at a big time school for more money, where they almost recruit themselves...yeah he’s going to take that one would think.

That’s kind of the point. All you have to do at Minn is win the west and you’re contending for a Big 10 title in the championship game. If you recruit relatively well at Minn, the other Big 10 west teams will, at best, be comparable talent-wise.
