but they didnt even get close in the end. lou drafted 2nd round and mike was just a piece of shite.
I know, and I said as much. I was just saying that they were the same year at the same HS. If they both went to college for 2 years it could've been possible. Mike was a frick up but he certainly had the talent before he fubar'd his knee.

Were Reidel Anthony and Fred Taylor not in the same draft?
edit: nope, 97 and 98.

I doubt it has happened. The likelihood of two kids with that talent born the same year and attending the same high school is minute
NFL HOFers Doak Walker (R, Heisman winner) and Bobby Layne at Highland Park HS in Dallas, 1944:
They would later play together again for the NFL champion Lions in the '50s.

Reid could be late 1st, but Lacy will prob fall to second. Both of those guys have some holes in their game to be considered 1st rndrs

And to think they could never get very far in the LHSAA Playoffs.
thank the good guys (Barbe Bucs) for that
They also had a very good back named Kelvin York. He was very physical and a good sized kid. He was no slouch either. A good 1-2 punch and I think the 2nd round was how far they got that year.

About a school in Maryland?
Just saying the likelihood of 2 kids being born the same year in that close proximity with that amount of talent is extremely low.

if the best kids keep gravitating to the same HS it will happen more and more...
