“I think it is a done deal if he gets an offer.” Jim Harbaugh's led Michigan to consecutive B1G titles, but also been great as an NFL coach. If an NFL team wants him, will he leave Michigan? Reporting w/ @NicoleAuerbach @byAustinMeek on Harbaugh/NFL 2.0:

What a horrible mess with zero QB prospects. He has been there before he knows how much a qb means.

Harbaugh should reach out to the Texans and try to work something out with them. They have the #1 pick in April and six first round picks over the next three years plus a ton of cap space. If they nail their picks, they have the potential to become a powerhouse very quickly.

Are you talking about Indy? They have a top 5 pick, so they can take a QB. I guess it depends if he believes any of them can be good nfl QBs.

Yes Indy, their oline is bad, no receivers and d is worse than expected.

Denver might be in worse shape with Wilson's contract, they do have a good D and solid receivers. However, they sold there next few drafts. Maybe he thinks he can fix Wilson, he coached against him a few years.

I always thought he might go there to re-unite with Luck, but that's out. The Detroit newspapers reported the Broncos have contacted him. Not sure I would want to get into that with Mr. Unlimited.

I'm not going to be too bummed if he leaves. He gave Michigan twice the time of any other stop and finally got over the hump. He has probably peaked out. The only reason I might stay in college is it will be a lot easier to make the playoffs in two years and he has a lifetime job at Michigan.

Harbaugh will probably end up at Indy b/c not many up and coming bright coaching prospects will want that job, plus he's basically a legend there anyway for what he did with the 1995 Colts.

I don't think he would be a good fit at Denver, although the roster is quite a bit better, but he won't want to be Saddles with Wilson and his contract.

I could see Harbaugh wanting Derek Carr in Indy and use his high draft picks on linemen.

Isn't this a "done deal" every year?

Nah, his stock plummeted for a few years and nobody really wanted him until last year. I think the Minnesota thing was close, but didn't get closed out due to his weirdness or something.

I’d rather him stay in college. Michigan challenging OSU is fun.
