Why was Tony saying there was a flag

On the 4th down play. There clearly was no flag on the field. Seems like he was saying that just in case the bills converted.

It showed a flag on the graphic. He’s looking at the same feed we are.

The NFL radio call also said there was a flag down. They mentioned it was for a Chiefs player taking their helmet off on the field.
Then they said “oh, must’ve been picked up.”

Y’all can write this off but when have u ever heard announcers say there are flags when there clearly isn’t one on the field. Someone told him to say that just in case.
