The 2 time Champs, lost by a field goal.

They are clearly a top 4 team.

Sad.

Would probably be favored over seeds 1-3

Pathetic.

they are behind FSU somehow

so apparently Travis Jordan-less Seminoles are better than Georgia but worse than Bama

makes perfect sense if you don't think about it all

UGA out completely trumps the “It’s the best teams” argument.

If it truly is the best teams they are in, and yet they are out.

They should be, but the melt is bad enough leaving FSU out. They r/cfb casuals would really melt leaving 2 "power 5" champs out. Committee wilted in the face of optics.

1. Texas
2. Alabama
3. Washington
4. Georgia

I’d bet on UGA against Alabama again.

If it's about the 4 "best" teams. UGA should be in. Put them in over Washington. After all, having the better record means nothing.

Let's take Ohio State's defense and mash them with the LSU offense.

Clear best team. Should be in the CFP.

Brian Kelly can coach, and we'll lend you Marv if you want him.

Solid possession guy to take the heat off Nabers and BTJ.

It’s not the best teams, it’s not the most deserving teams

It’s the 4 teams that “feels right” to the people in the committee that given year

They lost.

If those p@ssies would have won, they would be No. 1. seed. But they lost. Losers.

He’d probably take a couple weeks to adjust to well thrown passes down the field.
