Why isn't Marvin Harrison Jr in the Heisman talk?

If it wasn't just a "QB on a top 10 team" award he'd surely be in the discussion?

He's having a good year but I don't see Heisman worthy in his numbers. A little over 1000 yards receiving with 11 TDs.

Jefferson and Chase had 1500 and 1700 receiving yards with 20 and 18 TDs, respectively, and neither of them finished in the top 10 of the Heisman voting that year. Harrison Jr. isn't even close.

Against power 5 opponents, he only has 3 games with over 100 yards. Need more than that
