Private person, private organization. She can put money wherever she wants and they are not obligated to reveal inside information. They are not a publicly traded or owned business

How did they defend kid frickers?

Wasn’t the entire thing based around an act of disclosure that was not required by law?

They are too scared to allowed the emails to be released.


The other lawyers have straight up said Gayle Benson is lying.

Judges can compel private organizations to reveal internal emails. It's not a shock the AP wants them in a fairly weighty public issue.

AP is just doing what news organizations do. The emails might not show anything bad, but news organizations don't want to take that on faith.
