I must say I am surprised by some of this stuff. Some of you guys actually listen to and care what she says? When she comes all I hear out of her mouth is a nice hummming sound and me picturing her head bobbing.

She has extreme nasal issues which makes her voice difficult to tolerate. She could get it fixed with surgery but it would require going way into her sinus cavities.
A less drastic alternative would be weekly injections with a drug that dries out your sinuses and you end up sounding like Tom Brokaw.
