For the situation with Stewart, both parties (Brown and Stewart's agent) are being ridiculous. If both sides want to sign, and the Bengals are insistent on this clause, why not work together and make a "No-No List" of shite that can void the guaranteed money? Either that, or move some of the back-end loaded guaranteed money to the first year or two of his contract to help convince him to sign that clause.
