Because BYU & Boise could beat them.

B/c maybe the Pac-10 has more sports and things to care about than just college footbal
That being said, I would love to see a few more West Coast teams added to the Pac-10 and to have a championship game. That would have actually really helped teams like USC and Utah the past few years.
