Why can’t the NFL do 4K?

It’s so frustrating watching the NFL games after watching college football in 4K. Why can’t Fox and CBS get 4K going?

Agreed. I will say that CFB on fox looks way worse than ABC/ESPN

NFL fans spend all of their money on jerseys and child support so they can’t afford quality 4k TVs unfortunately.

Fox had a couple games in 4K last year including the NFC Championship. I don’t think CBS has 4K across the board

It’s kinda just crazy in general that most broadcasts are in 720p

I wonder if it’s because the commercials aren’t in 4K? When I watch CFB in 4K, there are no commercials.

I actually prefer not to see this Saints team in 4K. I would be ok with black and white

I’m not sure. If they do, they don’t give me an option for it. I have noticed that Prime’s streams are way better than Fox and CBS

It seems their research has concluded that they wouldn’t recoup the additional expense.

Why can’t they put all their games like college. NFL is too regional
