They are basically and expansion team after making playoffs last year. I don't follow closely, don't care to, but aside from QB and OC (big obviously) what major changes took place that brought them from a playoff team to the worst in the league?

They have that bum Kelvin Benjamin at WR for starters.

Does not help having defensive players quitting mid game. Getting rid of Tyrod for a Nate Perterman and a rookie is dumb as well.

I don’t know how they demolished Minnesota a few weeks back, weird.

Their WR corps is bad. Their aging RB is falling apart. They went from decent NFL QB to worse collection of QBs since the Billy Joe's and Wuerffel. Their OLine is bad.

Are they the worst team in the league though? I don't think they are when Allen is healthy.

No doubt the drop off from last year to this year is huge.

wondered too.

It was before it started snowing in northern tier.

Snow and footing seemed an issue at the Madison Wisconsin game in the few seconds I peeked at it.

Their belief in Nathan Peterman.

Every other team paired their rookie 1st round pick with a somewhat capable vet. The Bills paired theirs with Nathan fricking Peterman.

I mean they back doored their way to the playoffs last year, they weren’t exactly a juggernaut. They got worse in a lot of ways

Just last month Tre’Devious White trolled Kirk Cousins after the game. Wow how times have changed.

I bet Kyle Williams regrets not retiring. Should have played 1 or 2 years with the Saints.

Colt McCoy would be better at QB than what they have right now.

Tank to upgrade the OL in the next draft. Then tank for Tua.

Tyrod isn't a franchise QB. They could have either kept Tyrod and fought for a few more years of 7-8 wins or draft a rookie with upside, take their lumps, and potentially build a team while he's on a rookie deal.

Absolute right decision to cut ties with Taylor

You watch your fricking mouth talking about Wuerffel. He’s the closest thing we have to Jesus on this earth

They traded their LT Cordy Glenn and their longtime center retired in the offseason.

They don't have any WRs or TEs to help their QBs - Zay Jones has been a bust and they should've kept Marquise Goodwin if possible. Benjamin is at the crossroads of his career and will likely be moved in the offseason.

RBs are Shady (who is injury prone) and Saints rejects.

QB struggles are obvious.

Defensively they need players at pretty much every position.

The good news is they have tons of upcoming cap space to play with in the offseason. Combined with their starting QB on a rookie deal, they should be able to make moves. The obvious issue is that sometimes you have to pay a premium to get FAs to come to Buffalo.
