It's easy to say said player would never leave when said player never has to because he plays in a hot city with loads of talent. I doubt anybody would have said Kobe would leave until he flat out said it on National television. And Lebron stuck with his team a lot longer than Kobe was willing to. So we know Kobe will leave if talent is not put around him. I don't think it's too far fetched to think other greats would do the same thing.
