Who will the Panthers have at QB to match Wiz-kid Brady's scheme?

Brady was quite the catch for the Panthers. Who will ultimately start at QB to most closely match up to his playbook? Even if Cam returns, he's not the guy to give them "LSU-like" results, IMHO. Will the 7th pick still get the job done?
I'm assuming you'll see at least some similarities to the Burrow-led LSU offense since that's what made Brady so desirable in the first place. Will the Panthers overhaul the offense to plug into the new playbook.
Up until yesterday. I predicted the Bengals would pick Burrow and would immediately throw money at Brady and make it a package deal - preserving the magic. Now that they have one half of the combo, can Carolina somehow manage to snag Burrow too?

Bengals aren't going to pass on Mr Ohio, mate. Cam would be miserable in Cincy anyhow.

Panthers are not getting Burrow. He will be a Bengal. I could see the Panthers taking Herbert at 7.

Lawrence is a bust. If they can get Tua, they’ll go that route. If not, they’ll wait until 2022 unless someone emerges for the 2021.

It isn't one game but it also isn't an unfix-able problem.
His accuracy takes a serious drop when he is under pressure.
He has all of the physical gifts you'd want and in a clean pocket he will destroy, just needs to learn to deal with pressure.
