Pell grants are on a need based I think and are first come first serve. So the earlier you apply the more money you get. Go to Pleasant Hall across from Thomas Boyd and they should be able to help you.

would I be ok if I left the track by 11? I will be driving in from Longview. sucks because I would rather just go straight to the park from longview but I told a friend they could use my truck to unload some stuff at the track thursday morning

Traffic was HORRIBLE for opening day. I wouldn't expect it to be as bad that day, but I'd try to get there earlier if possible. We were driving around the BPiA by 11, barely made it to our seats for first pitch.
