This is easy to me:
LSU
Florida
USC
Texas
LSU
Florida
USC
Texas

These should all be top notch jobs every year.
But... the dysfunction at Texas and USC should be a warning to (not just LSU and Florida but) every other elite program that success is fragile. If you have meddling boosters and lack institutional support even the mighty will rapidly fall.
Consider some of the most dominant programs in the last 40 years:
Miami.
FSU.
Nebraska.
USC
Success is fragile.

Worst: USC (Texas close)
I think it is Texas. There is something rotten there that no coach has been able to solve.

Starting to look like Florida might have Texas-level problems. Last time they were nationally competitive was 11 years ago, when current high school seniors were in kindergarten. A good coach should be able to turn it around quickly, but like Texas, they've made bad move after bad move and it's taken its toll
Couple that with the fact that Mullen was a shitty recruiter.
I disagree with the notion that UF and LSU are the same situation. LSU was horribly coached, but O was a great recruiter. Their next coach will be set up well. UF may have to recruit their way out of a hole.

UT and USC have no talent on either roster
Recruiting rankings might suggest otherwise about Texas
