Royals
The AL East is too brutal for the O's to be making it any time soon, and the Pirates are lacking the bright future that it seems that the Royals are building. Also, the Royals have been the best of the three this season.

Kansas City Royals. They have some very good young hitters in the minor leagues and I've never been overly fond about the quality of the AL central.

The O's are in a big enough market to not have to sell players, although KC is probably in a better situation now.

Royals
Pirates
Orioles
That's the order.
Royals are in the easiest division, I think... the NL Central isn't that much better, but 6 teams will make it a little harder for the Pirates, and they don't really have shite for pitching. The Royals at least have Greinke.
The Orioles are fricked. It might take realignment for them to sniff the playoffs.

Yeah but the Orioles have the Angelos family. We'll never be good until that clan sells the team.

Ownership can always be turned around, being dead or near dead last in terms of market strength is something you cannot overcome for the long haul.

The Orioles just got Buck Showalter as their manager. He always turns teams around in his first year. He is a very great coach. The Orioles will be good in a couple years. Royals and Pirates have no hope. They are never good.

they have the yankees, red sox and rays in their division.
i wouldn't say they will be better than these teams any time soon.

Yeah you are right about that. I stick my decision that the Orioles will eventualy be better than both teams, but the Pirates and Royals playin such easy divisions, they will make the playoffs one time a few years from now.

easily the Royals.
Especially if Gordon can come around. Butler is a hitting machine. Grienke is a true ace.
They also have possibly the best minor league system in baseball. Moustakas, Montgomery, Myers, Hosmer, and Lamb are all top 50 prospects. Crow, Dwyer, and Colon could all be top 100 guys. The future for the Royals is very bright.

Don't worry, Dayton Moore will find a way to screw it up.
