When was the last top 10 Non-SEC OOC game in September?

All I can remember is UT and OSU. What was that? 05, 06?
Was Boise vs VT top 10?
Am I missing something? Or are the other conferences scared to strap it up?
The sec has been kicking arse in Dallas and ATL since then it seems.

For some reason I thought that series was before the OSU UT series.
I didn't include USC because that involved sec beat downs.
I mean matchups with no sec team involved.
So USC and OSU and UT can lay claim to great scheduling. Who else?

i don't understand why you would exclude the teams that are playing the SEC teams. They obviously are scheduling tough OOC games
