The old school anabolics like deca, dbol, winstrol, a and Test 400 all made your traps and neck gigantic.
They were also doing neck machines like crazy becsuee back then, a LB was basically just a truck who hit RBs in the hole 40x/ game.
Thats why neck rolls were so needed and prevalent. Basically just whiplash-proofing your neck.
