Most I’ve ever bet on sports was maybe a $100 not counting free bets. Most I’ve won was when the apps first launched in Louisiana. I got stupid lucky during NFL Conference Championship games. Placed $50 bet on a player TD parlay. Needed Chase, Kelce, Kupp, and Debo all to score at like +600 or something like that. I was just on fire for those games. It didn’t hurt that a lot of my bets were on the Bengals.

A friend of my dad put $100,000 on Buster Douglas to beat Mike Tyson.
I have a hard time buying this one. Douglas at one point dropped to 42-1. Dropping "your last 100k" on a 42-1 odds fight is just something no sane person would ever do.
The Mirage has a story where they were having a hard time finding anyone to be Douglas at all, much less 100k. They said they had people betting 93K on Tyson for a 3K payout.
On another Tyson was overrated note. Big paydays were made in the 96 Holyfield/Tyson fight. Holyfield was a -2500 underdog in that fight. He proceeded to put on a clinic for Mike..

Single bet is probably $600 on a horse at 1/3
Didn't even leave the ground for the last hurdle but luckily kicked it out the ground and won.
Trump losing in 2020 cost me more cumulatively (I used it in a lot of doubles and trebles where the other leg won).
Biggest win is £10 on a 200/1 double
