I thought LSU and Texas stood out in the SEC.
Indiana reloaded after losing some guys to the pros.
Ole Miss maintained a solid class which I'm not sure people thought would happen after Kiffin left.
Also thought Oklahoma did well. When they hired former Senior Bowl director Jim Nagy, I thought that was one sharp hire.

None of us will know until after the playoffs. Just passing around players and throwing some money at them doesn’t mean they’ll be better than what you had. Not every player is a Jhamyr Gibbs or Sam Leavitt. It’s essentially a crapshoot. That’s what makes every season so fun. No one expected a nobody west coast Unifersity of California QB would turn the worst D1 program into a National Champ over a 2 year period.

yeah true.
I thought Texas getting Cam Coleman was a nice pickup. I mean he's got nice body control in midair. He received a lot of crap for the fumble towards the end of the Alabama game, but a change of scenery cannot hurt. Perhaps Sark can help unlock his potential more. Freeze had lost whatever edge he once had. I know he had been going through it in his personal life, but you cannot bring that to your job.
