the rams might have a long history there but they have a good deal in st louis they arent moving. same with the raiders. Bills sell out pretty much every game.
jags make the most sense but the lease is tricky.
Chargers could go if SD continues to strong arm them.
Vikings- if the new stadium falls through, they are gone.

To anyone who says the Jags, can you please cite the last time they had a blackout? Also, you're aware that they have a new owner who is committed to keeping the team there, right?
The NFL doesn't really want a team in LA because advertisers won't pay money to have the second largest TV market blacked out for half the season. The league also wants that threat to remain so they can hold cities hostage to get their way.
