Draft Fultz, sign Hayward to a 4 year deal, trade IT to Brooklyn for their 2019 first round pick and a pick swap in 2020.

Then, hope that in 3-4 years LeBron is old and no longer good, while your young core of Fultz, Brown, 2018 Brooklyn pick, 2019 Brooklyn pick, and 2020 Brooklyn pick have all panned out, and mesh with the then 30 year old Hayward.

They aren't beating LeBron in these next couple years, so they should definitely play the long game. Definitely don't max IT, unless it's for only 2 years or something.

Draft Fultz and wait it out for 2-3 yrs when LBJ finally starts to decline.

Draft Fultz.
Sign Hayward.
Trade Isaiah Thomas and picks for George or Butler.
Or IT for Vucevic

No idea if that is even possible but sounds good in my head.

Even if you took Lebron off the Cavs, the Celtics team still isn't as good as Love and Irving.
