If anyone read the Athletic article from a week or two a go where they interviewed a bunch of Pac 12 coaches anonymously about Colorado you can see their biggest problems are culture and offensive line.
They didn't do anything to build an O Line through recruiting and the portal and it absolutely wrecked them when they got into conference play. Culturally it's all about stars and the blue collar guys you need to build a program are completely ignored. That's not a winning formula.

This is deions tough time. Is he willing to grind on the recruiting trail? If he isn’t, then he won’t garner any consistency relying on the portal
