eh, still doesnt change how Briles and the Baylor football program and the university acted once the rape occurred at Baylor

No one disagrees that the University handled this poorly.

This does prove that Briles wasn't a lying, which nearly every Aggy believed he was.

SU was accused of rape.
SU suspended from all team activities/removed from roster until investigation has been completed.
Title IX and Waco PD separately come to the same conclusion that there was not enough evidence to move forward.
SU reinstated
DA disagrees. SU indicted by grand jury.
SU suspended from all team activities once again.
SU found guilty a few weeks later.
SU sent to prison.

but but but BRILE'S FAULT!

The main problem was the poor investigation by the Title IX department and the lack of support for the victim - how are either of those related to Briles?

Please show where Petersen told Briles that SU was violent towards his girlfriend. Here is what we know:

1. SU ex-girlfriend stated in the trial that SU was violent towards her but she never told anyone (Boise State officials/Boise PD) about the violence.

2. SU high school football coach said he talked to Petersen during SU freshman year and that Petersen never told him anything about SU being violent towards women. He did say that Petersen told him that SU was having mental health problems and was fighting depression and alcoholism.

3. Briles said Petersen never told him about the violence.

4. Petersen said he fully appraised Briles on the reasoning for SU departure from the team. BSU comes out and publicly says he wasn't removed for violence towards women.

but but but Brile's should of known that he was violent towards women.

The best you can do is point at some hand written notes from a Boise official mentioning that SU punched a window and cut his wrist and that everyone that lived in the apartment should stay away for the evening while he sobered up and settled down.

Jesus christ. Im saying frick that. Briles and the rest of Baylor acted horrifically in dealing with the rape. Who cares about what he wasn't told what went down at boise. Something terrible happened at Baylor and he did nothing when it came to dealing with it and neither did the university. Art Briles is a piece of trash and all this confirmed was that the rest of the Baylor administration is/was as well. There's no way he will get fired as he, in the most literal since possible, means everything to Baylor but it doesn't change that he is a piece of trash

How exactly did CAB mishandle the situation?

The University/Title IX department/Waco PD mishandled the that investigations and the University mishandled how they supported the victim but how exactly did CAB mishandle any of this?

Did he mishandle it by accepting a transfer in which he had no prior knowledge of his violence towards women?

Did he mishandle the situation by leaving SU on scholarship while removing him from all team activities during the internal investigation/Waco PD investigation? Or did he mishandle it by allowing him back on the team after Waco PD/Title IX cleared him? Or did he mishandle it again when he suspended him from all team activities once he was formally charged with assault?

Atheletes get away with murder in our culture: O.J., Ray Lewis, Rapelisberger, Kobe etc...

They were probably hoping to keep him available for Dallas to pick up cheap...

Kobe was pretty clearly innocent if you followed the facts of that case. I agree with you generally though.
