The SuperBowl isn't nearly the "EVENT" it used to be.

In the age of the internet people are very jaded. Society and life moves faster now, we are bombarded with "big" events constantly.

The SuperBowl feels very meh now.

Production value was not good. Of course the announcers had to carry a lot of down time in the action.

yep. halftime shows are usually meh, commercials can be seen on twitter or youtube right after they come on. it's basically an excuse to get drunk but that kinda sucks because it's sunday.

Nah, it's still every bit as big, it was just a mediocre version this year.

On a related note, Bruno Mars should do every halftime performance until he dies from a coke overdose at 40.
